		<description>I love the reminder.  I&#039;m so tied up worrying about stuff I &quot;can&#039;t&quot; get done that I never get anything done. I&#039;m always feeling like I&#039;m behind.  In truth, I have a couple of great opportunities right in front of me, and I&#039;m already feeling like I&#039;m behind on those before I even start.

So, my two things to do today...

1.  Inhale

2.  Exhale

3.  Rinse and Repeat

I&#8217;m always feeling like I&#8217;m behind. 		<description>Thank you for the wonderful post. I have to work harder on Items #1 &amp; #3 (especially #3). I try too hard to do everything without stopping and frequently find myself feeling some stress/lack due to that. 

I commit this week to take at least 15 minutes per day just to do something that is not work related that I enjoy, even if it&#039;s just stepping outside to soak in the sunshine.
