Group programs

Our group programs are affordable alternatives to personal coaching. In each class, we present a new tool and then coach you through the exercise with a real-life example so that you can feel the energy shifts. In this way, you not only get the tools at the mind level, you also activate it in your body. Thus, you feel more empowered to use the tools in your daily life.  Each class builds upon the one before to help you integrate what you are learning.

We create a sacred space for you to share openly and these classes are highly interactive. In addition, when you join our group programs, you will be part of a powerful mastermind group of like-minded individuals who support each other energetically. As one of you shifts, you will open the door wider for others to shift. And as you shift, those around you in your life will shift as well.
